Is Hypnotherapy safe?

Hypnotherapy is as safe as relaxing comfortably on your living room sofa.  However, the results are far more dynamic!!!  Forget the myths promoted by movies and television about hypnosis.  HYPNOSIS IS NOT MIND CONTROL!!!

is hypnotherapy safe? All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.  The hypnotherapist is your guide on your exhilarating journey to create your life according to your vast potential. She sets well-defined parameters of healing and growth.

Only individuals who WANT to be hypnotized can be hypnotized.  In hypnosis, the subject is awake, alert and completely in control.  When you are in hypnosis, you are not unconscious; you are in a state of hyper-awareness.  You do not say or do anything that you do not wish to say or do.  In most cases, you do nothing at all except listen to the hypnotherapist!

The experience is so very beautiful that very few people want their hypnosis sessions to end!  They feel loved, joyful, purposeful, inspired, wise, and courageous... they feel home.

is hypnosis safe? The real danger to be considered here is the treachery of being the victim of one's own self-destructive, limiting thought and behaviour patterns!  It is the danger of never seizing the opportunity to make whatever changes need to be made to create a healthy, vibrant life!  A LUMINOUS LIFE!  Hypnosis can help you make those changes!

“Susan, this picture portrays what you do for people, what you’ve done for me.  You sow seeds into peoples’ lives and then water them.  You give of your love and your energy and flood us with illumination.  You cause the hard casing of the seed to split and encourage the new life to grow strong and tall.  I am reaching for the sunlight.  Thank you, Susan for all that you have done for me.  I am in such a good place now.”  CC, York

Note:  Hypnotherapy - ANY therapy - should NEVER replace appropriate and timely medical care.  When in doubt, see your physician.
